Thanks so much Leon and team. I love writing the list down, noting what I’ve played, what I want to play and which ones I don’t own yet. Then picking up a lot of these during the current sales(Pyre, Sine Morra, Edith Finch today). A question, I heard Leon say that the Haunted Castle is on the Castlevania Anniversary Collection…but i don’t see it? Is it a different collection?

Great list. Looking forward to this year. Hopefully I can find the time to play some of them I haven’t played yet, though with no PS4/5 and no intention of getting one, I guess I miss out on some of them.

Damn whoever chose that Universal Paperclips game. Damn them straight to hell. Do they realise what a game like this does to someone who can get fixated on simply watching numbers get higher? I can't stop. I just....cant....stop. AND I DON'T EVEN WANT TO STOP!!!

Getting slowly into video games again over this year, thanks to Cane and Rinse, Vol. 11 sounds like one of the idiosyncratic, at times weirdest and compelling I have hear of so far for the podcast. An LGBT dating game, a meta-puzzle game from the eighties, classic Sega arcade racing, an entire episode devoted to one creator Jeff Minter, "a basketball strategy game", Wii U talk, even a bizarre incremental game based on a thought experiment by a Swedish philosopher. As someone who got into the podcast properly hearing about Trinity last year, and became a fan of the show, even the virtual reality games, completely out of price range for me, sound compelling to hear of. I even popped hearing Stranglehold being mentioned, as I partially played the game when I was younger and wish now to track it down again now its mentioned. This sounds like the coolest , most esoteric volume of the show, and I'm glad to be on Patreon for 2022.

This year is absolutely insane, what a diverse range of games and so many that I want to play along to! A lot of them being concentrated in the first half of the year so I have a pretty intense next few months to blast through titles that I can finally cross off my list!

I really enjoy this reveal format for each volume. Really looking forward to the Final Fantasy Tactics podcast. Also I'll finally get around to playing Chicory, Wandersong was amazing.

Between snow and close calls with COVID, I seem to have happened upon some unexpected free time, so while I've been busy(going to school then going to school again), I think I'll be able to play along. Was happy I was able to play along for the games I said I would last year as well. I've been waiting for an excuse to go back to KH, as a incomeless kid, importing final mix versions wasn't exactly on the table so I've been curious how much/different and better they are, especially the vaunted KHII final mix. Don't have much time between now and the show, but I've at least already played this one, so I won't be starting from nothing. Actually still have my original copy(too bad my ps3 is broken, no idea if my PS2 still works), but I grabbed the collection to try out all the final mixes. Lost Odyessy I've been very curious about with its Uematsu tracks and all. Shin Megami Tensei and FFTactics I'd love to dive into, but those are both games that can take dozens if not hundreds of hours. Even though I played the FFT PSP version, I barely remember it as the shakespearian drama was a bit over my head as a kid. Here's hoping...
