Not such a long time after the sequel hit stores, we got the crew together to review Respawn's first movie franchise license game, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Leon, Brian, James and Karl have all wanted to be Jedis (or possibly Sith) to some extent, so did this game allow them to live out their space fantasies? As you'd hope for such a recent and successful game, we also have plenty of posts from padawans strewn around the Cane and Rinse galaxy.Music featured in this issue:1. Ohno, I forgot to post my thoughts on this one before the recording.... I've been too busy playing the sequel

Ah cool, and guess what I've got coming up tomorrow! That's right, A BIG DRIVE TO STOKE!! 😆 Interested to listen to this one though, the feedback on the forum was interesting to read, overall positive, but not exactly glowing. I'll definitely give the sequel a try at some point. It seems to have pulled an Uncharted/Watch Dogs/Assassin's Creed 2 and improved on the original in almost every way, which is good to hear.

I enjoyed this, you were all great company up and down the M6 this afternoon! The game came out a little more positive than I was expecting, or perhaps a little more positive than I would personally rate it is more accurate, but an excellent show as always nonetheless!

This episode was great and has left me feeling very Star Warsy.

Me again. I was listening to the excellent Last of Us redux episode again and I noticed that Leon mentioned the haptics on Fallen Orders PS5 version. He mentioned that you got a rumble with every single step Cal takes. Now I have a memory of this when I played but I was starting to think it was a false memory because having loaded it up recently I could only feel the haptics when he sprinted. And not when he walks. Am I imagining this phantom rumble? Any help would be appreciated . Thanks.

I loved hearing everyone's take on this one, Fallen Order was a sleeper hit for me when i played it last year. Much like what Brian was saying despite its faults it was the story and characters that won me over and convinced me this was indeed a game with charm and heart.

Little to add here - I thought it was a great conversation about a game that seems to be perennially on my backlog. But I will say, I think Cal looks like the an utterly bland protagonist - no offence to the real life actor.
