I tried this one via emulation a few years back and had a good enough time with the first level until I got to the boss and couldn’t figure out where his tiny hitbox was. I could tell it was near the top of him, but for some reason I didn’t feel like the game was giving me enough feedback to tell a hit from a whiff. I couldn’t tell if I was on the right track or not with where I was targeting. He creamed me, and I’m afraid I never went back to try a second time. Maybe this is the year I give it another go!

I just had this same experience! I tried him over and over and couldn’t find how to hit him. Checked a YouTube video and the person used some multi shuriken move I hadn’t done. I haven’t tried it again yet.
