Volunteering Gives Fame (Patreon)

Volunteering is an interaction from Parenthood found under "Travel" on the phone.

With Get Famous installed, it gives positive reputation- a tiny tiny bit if you're not famous, and a little bit more for each level of fame your sim has.

This mod will make Sims who are already famous gain additional fame from Volunteering, and a little bit more for each level of fame they have. All Volunteer options give the same results.

This is balanced based on various in-game ways of earning Fame that already exist. Volunteering is infinitely repeatable, so the numbers are somewhat low. If you really wanted to you could do nothing but Volunteer at Fame Level 1 to get to Fame Level 2, but it would take a few straight days of doing it. But at Fame Level 5, this can be a nice way to bolster your fame if it starts to dip.

I made this mod because my Sim who is Level 1 developed an atrocious reputation from being caught stealing while using a voodoo doll to injure a man's wife and using another to cuddle with him through dark magic, and when I started grinding Volunteering to raise his reputation I thought it was strange he wasn't gaining fame for being seen doing it.
