Comfort Motive Update (Patreon)

Something I did in the last update defaulted something to the wrong value. The current version is "adding the commodity if not in tracker" whenever the game tries to increase the motive- meaning if a Kid or Younger sim sits down or goes to sleep or whatever, the game says "Oh, this raises the comfort motive!" and then says "Wait, this sim doesn't have that motive. Better give it to them.", and gives it to them. Bam- your kid is now cursed with the necessity of comfort.

Well, it's not supposed to be on kids or younger, so I've fixed that. This update will make sure it gets removed from sims who shouldn't have it thanks to a newly added test that will block it.
