Adds the "Overmax" system for careers to School.
When a Sim at the top of a Career maxes out performance, they get "Promoted" again, and earn a raise and a bonus. This mod makes this system apply to Elementary and High School as well. Your Sim will get a 5 dollar an hour raise in Elementary School and a 10 dollar an hour raise in High School every time they max out being an A student again. They'll lose all their raises if they drop back down to a B and have to start over. Being an A student does not reward any money- your Sim must consistently improve their school performance after becoming an A student to get money.
Unfortunately I am not sure how the game handles the notification you get for this and it seems changing it might be pretty annoying, so the notification for it doesn't make a lot of sense. I had a fun idea to make it make sense in-universe but it will simply say your child has recieved a raise. So use your imagination. Justify it yourself.
Here's my justification:
S'mores has been doing so well as a Grade A Student that he has earned a daily stipend from the "Educating Da Uneducated Children And Teaching Importance Of Nowledge (E.D.U.C.A.T.I.O.N.)" coalition, a group which aims to promote education by dangling money in front of children!
This is potentially incompatible with school overhauling mods, but it modifies their core "Career Track" files (one for elementary, one for high school) which don't actually handle a lot of stuff, so maybe not.
Modifies:
12900<!--GradeSchool_Track-->
9546<!--HighSchool_Track-->
As I no longer support Flavors of my mods because it's too annoying, here are instructions to change these numbers if you'd like. Open the mod in Sims 4 Studio and find this:
Simply change the 5 or the 10 to whatever number you want.
