No Cloudy Weather (Unless Raining or Snowing) (Patreon)

This tells every weather type that involves clouds- like Cloudy Cold, Cloudy Warm, Partly Cloudy Hot, etc- to be sunny instead.

It will still be cloudy during Rain, Snow, Monsoons, and the extremely rare "Dry Lightning" weather types. These changes DO NOT affect temperature.

Otherwise, enjoy some more sun.

EXTREMELY incompatible with anything that alters weather event services, but TO MY KNOWLEDGE, there aren't any mods that do this? Should work fine with things that alter how weather is determined in different worlds, but of course will change the cloudy weathers to sunny regardless.

To reiterate- weather is IDENTICAL to vanilla, or however you've got it modded like with Weather Realism Overhaul, except when it's meant to be cloudy, it's just not. That's it. Temps, how often certain weathers happen, etc are still the same as always. Just no clouds.
