There is a major issue right now with a certain type of buff that can break a lot of stuff. It's not a mod issue but can affect mods.

Please "Me Too" the thread on the bug report forums. This needs a hotfix asap, it WILL damage your save files in ways that can be very very hard (if not impossible) to reconcile.

This issue is big enough that you should probably not be playing a save you really care about right now! Thanks to Lumpinou for the forum post with the biggest set of info and several other modders on Discord for figuring out the problem over the weekend.
