The RFR New Year's Eve Tradition Continues! (Patreon)

 It’s an RFR Family tradition to blow up the Death Star at midnight exactly to ring in the new year. We start watching STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE at a specific time so the Death Star explodes exactly at 12:00 am.  

START TIMES:

Make sure you have your video at the exact beginning of the film itself. The counter should read 0:00:00 and the first thing you see when you hit "PLAY" is the TWENTIETH CENTURY FOX logo and fanfare fading into view. 

Digital Edition: Press Play at 10:02:43pm. The Death Star will explode at 1:57:17 into the movie.

Special Edition DVD: Press play at 10:02:48 PM. The Death Star will explode at 1:57:12 intp the movie.

Blu-ray Disc: Press play at 10:02:42 PM. The Death Star will explode at 1:57:18 into the movie.
