Peter Mayhew: Chewbacca Forever! (Patreon)

We found one more Peter Mayhew interview in the RFR Archives...This one did not make it into our recent PETER MAYHEW REMEMBERED tribute show, and it features the only time Jason spoke to Peter on the air.

Peter and Angie Mayhew join us to talk about all the great things the Peter Mayhew Foundation does for the less fortunate. Peter talks about working with Irvin Kersher on the set of The Empire Strikes Back and the challenges of working with 3PO on his back and making his performance come through the mask. Plus, Peter reveals how he feels about anyone other than Chewie sitting in the Millennium Falcon co-pilot chair and the possibility of a Hollywood biopic based on his life and career.
