Welcome back to YOUR show, The RFR Comlink. This show is all feedback from RFR Patreon supporters, so you never know what might come up. From Order 66 to that really tan Imperial officer from season two of The Mandalorian, nothing is off limits. Plus, did George Lucas "go too far" with The Phantom Menace? Joining us for more fun after a wild night of screening calls during RFR Thursday Night Live is Tyler Page from The Babu Freaks.

Hi guys, just a quick one. Do you use previously sent voice memos with each new episode of comlink or just new ones that are emailed over? Eg, can I submit the same question next time? Cheers!

Rebel Force Radio

We usually get through all of them, but this time we received so many, I don’t think we got through them all so I might try to put them aside for next time.

Eric from Phoenix

Great questions/topics and conversation. Nice job jumping in Tyler.

I see both sides of the recasting debate. But, man, that Millie Bobby Brown deep fake as Leia is pretty awesome.

We need to start spreading the Hasbro Subscription idea. It would be the best way to make sure collector's get what they are looking for and would be a steady stream of income for Hasbro. It can't be that difficult to spread the word.

I can see both sides up to a point. I think it kinda depends on the character, personally, and all the equity gone into the character for so many years. Like Jason said, certain characters should remain untouched, like Dorothy Gale as per the original Wizard of Oz. But as for Carrie Fisher in TROS, I think that was as proper a sendoff as probably we could have hoped for. For myself, I was pleasantly surprised seeing all they were able to accomplish, and just how important her role was. I thought it was just gonna be a cameo and nothing more; one last look at our princess. I think it was an appropriate but very risky move on the part of Abrams to make that choice to not have another actress, but one which was a good choice. I don't think I would have felt comfortable seeing a different Leia for her sendoff, personally. Just not the right time for it. Hats off to them for taking this risk and making it count!
