Maul vs Darth Vader?! Yes please! Maybe Vader is tasked with wiping out the competition in the galaxy including crime syndicates such as red dawn and its leader, aka Maul! Maul could flee as soon as Vader reveals that Obi Wan is still alive. Maul has rematch with Kenobi. Kenobi learns that Vader is alive and Luke's whereabouts are at risk, forcing a high-ground rematch on the death star!

I always assumed Ben and Yoda stayed far away from each other because if two powerful light force users were in close contact it would somehow alert Vader or the emperor to their presence. Just like how palpatine could sense a presence in the outer reaches. I extended that to Luke as well. I imagine if Yoda and Ben were training young Luke the force would show that as a ripple and palpatine would notice that.

Also we get to see how Yoda can observe and project himself to communicate in Rebels. I bet he and Obi were force-timing all the time.

Good show guys. I can’t wait for Kenobi and especially Book of Boba. But why I don’t think Kenobi will leave to the Death Star is because if he had knowledge of its existence for years how come he never warned the rebellion? Makes no sense but who knows.

Fun show, guys! Two things: first, I think the rumor than Sung Kang would be a pod racer is tongue-in-cheek, Jimmy, because he plays a racing driver from the Fast and the Furious franchise, and secondly, about kids with nicknames for Star Wars characters they can't pronounce, when my son was little (like 4 or 5) he used to say the "Emper Royal" for the Emperor because he didnt know the word emperor but knew royal, and he thought that's what they were saying. We still say "Emper Royal" for Palpatine in my family :)

Awesome job Jeff and JMac! A couple comments / thought: 1) Shevonious Palpatine - I about spit out my coffee, 2) Why did Lucasfilm spoil the fact Anakin was going to be in the show? I don’t get that, 3) Quinlin Voss - love that, 4) My oldest called C-3PO Oatmeal when he was little. No clue where that came from, 5) Raycons - agreed they are awesome. Use them all the time. Yard work, house work, exercise, etc.

I never thought they met outside of the Death Star in A New Hope. However, guessing they will retcon the “you shouldn’t have come back” line Vader says to Obi Wan. Will be interesting to see how they do this.

Kenobi vs Darth Vader before ANH is one of the least I'm most worried about for the show. Also, I assume Kenobi felt the immense number of humans but then no other life (plants, animals etc), so that clued him into the fact it wasn't a planet or moon but instead a space station
