Jason is right, I've always felt that the flip side to this argument is the Jedi were flawed and both orders had to be destroyed to create balance. I was kind of surprised by Paul's reaction. I think he was just "poking the bear" a little bit.

The mortis trilogy makes it pretty clear Anakin is the chosen one. And that is from Dave and the big G.L.

Anakin is the Chosen One but it took Luke for him to fulfil the prophecy in bringing balance to The Force....but maybe not! With TFA showing the Dark and Light Sides still out of balance, could it be the chosen one wasn't a person, it was a family. Skywalker family may be the chosen one and Ben is right....from a certain point of view!

Alright, I did it! Third time was the charm. Been a Patreon member since you guys first mentioned it and I decided to become a Q&A Level member after this episode. Thanks for the additional content - so great! I listen to all RFR shows almost exclusively on my commute - so it's great to share in this convo during Jason's commute. (Patreon App is also a pretty great way to access RFR content and episodes - fresh, streamlined, straight forward). When's the next Galloping Ghost meetup?! I drive past there all the time and I'm dying to check it out. I want to bring my son and tell him “Put down that iPad! Let me show you some real-deal video games!" Haha. (FYI: all my kids would love some Little Debbie Cosmic Cupcakes too - just sayin! - thought I'd make a shameless attempt at acquiring some! Haha).
