Purifier creator commentary Pg.59 (Patreon)

Poor Ruth just gets her whole day ruined here. I designed this these characters to be an innocent, lower-middle-class family to put a human face on the toll of the epidemic and countermeasures. I could have perhaps drawn out their protests and crisis a bit, but I think I got everything I wanted to cover out in this four or five panels. I like the way this street of terraced houses turned out, and I get the automobile established as a piece of scenery early here as it will be come important in a couple of pages.
