Purifier creator commentary Pg.67 (Patreon)

We don't get the name of this antagonist yet, but I wanted her to make quite an impression in the very short glimpse we get of her. I used Dame Edna as a reference for this character with a mind toward someone shrewd and iron-willed. I think this cold as ice one liner makes for a good little teaser.There's one last little detail in the bg of panel one - a row of bedframes to finish the scene of enormously overcrowded house. In retrospect, I feel I ought to have had officers swarming the neighborhood in this final panel but I think it works nonetheless. I kind of like exiting a sequence with a detailed scene like this though it's ironically an enormous amount of work for what is ostensibly just a single sound effect. So it goes!
