Progress in December (Patreon)

Greetings my dear friends!

So, first of all, what I've already done. Last month I wrote about making a relocation system, yes I did. But of course I had to make some tweaks as I debugged it, small ones, but that's work too. Completely finished some nice effects for the game - animated captions, pop-up icons, text, and stuff like that. See it later in the game, I think you'll really like it.

Made an animated picture in the main menu, you can't see it in the picture below, but everything is moving. It's a nice little thing. By the way, this is not a video, it's a pseudo-3D on the Renpy engine.

The map is already integrated into the game. So far, added a few points as an example.

You will be able to write messages and call the characters in the game. It is clear that these will be story events... By the way, I made and special screens for text messages and calls.

As I promised, you'll be able to get hints on what to do next in Sandbox mode. I don't want you to suffer through searching for a new event in the game, but rather enjoy the story and the atmosphere of the game.

Well, and a screen with information about the characters in the game and your progress through each of them. 

Everything I've shown has a development status of "for now" :-). I.e. it's all ready, but then in the course of releasing new versions, I will finalize it, that would make more understandable and beautiful, if this will be required of course.

Also started doing story pictures. But little progress on these, as I have to divide my time to work on correcting the text for the new features of the game engine, and work on the game engine, too. But progress is being made.

My next steps. I am completing the adjustment of events text for the new features of the game engine. Continuing to make story pictures for the first episode of the game. As the pictures are ready, I'm inserting them into the script and building test versions of the game... testing... fixing bugs... and so on.
