Hello everyone!! Really sorry for the long delay with this one... I hope to upload the tutorials a lot quicker from now on. Already I have a few that I'm working on. At least two more will be coming this month.

In this set I present you with my recipy on painting this icy, frosty armour with all of the color nuances that you can see and I am showing you how I achieved the frost crystals freehand texture pattern. I hope you'll find it interesting and instructive :)

1. Shading the main armour using Contrast paints and inks - PDF and video (INTERMEDIATE)

https://youtu.be/ife8CyrZyNo

2. Shading and highlighting the turquise icy elements, using a combination of Contrast paints and standard acrylic paints - PDF and video (BASIC to INTERMEDIATE)

https://youtu.be/MD2nJZF4H6Q

3. Highlighting the main armour using my pixel texture technique and acrylic paints - video (INTERMEDIATE)

https://youtu.be/5KxpqwBnAB8

4. Freehand painting the frost pattern blade - PDF and video (ADVANCED)

https://youtu.be/Vr-N9oxnHBg

As always, you can find an additional pdf file with a list of paints and techniques. Also, please note that because there are quite a few paints used for the main armour, I split the tutorial into two pages, one with the step by step progress, the other with a list of paints and techniques for each step.

Thank you for your amazing support!!

I love your necron paint scheme ;D I think I'm going to copy it for my own necron army.
