It's quite intruiging to learn why Lady Marwood wants to transform young men into maids, is it something she's discovered or has it been something she's always found appealing..... Well it didn't take long for Mia to notice subtle changes in her husband, I wonder when it becomes more apparent over time that her husband is not telling her everything about his new job, it's going to become harder for Evan over time, being constantly in character at Marwood Manor will affect him over time.....

An interesting idea from how Mia cooked a meal for Evan. What if Evelyn is drilled to learn how to make meals in a perfect way and how to present the food. Perhaps it involves learning how food should be cooked and taste which could backfire on Evan when he starts unconsciously judging Mia's home-cooked foods to reward him. He'd keep it to himself not even realizing he's doing it before it becomes invasive to his horror when he finally unconsciously says something best kept to himself.

It's possible. But my guess is Evelyn will sooner be betrayed by her mannerisms and speech patterns.

Well, as long as Mia considers all changes in Evan as "quirks", there should be no problem for Evelyn 😊

Oh I really like that scenario, or early on her boyfriend loved to serve her as her maid and she misses him so much she reenacts her memories through others.....🤔

This would have been the perfect time for Evan to explain all about exactly what he was required to do. Keeping secrets from spouses or significant others is a sure fire way to ruin the relationship when the secret is eventually found out, as usually happens. Of course, then we'd have a completely different story. I predict that when Mia inevitably finds out she'll call it quits and Evan will have no alternative but to move into Marwood Manor and become Evelyn full-time.

Mia is quite observant... I'm sure there will be other things that Mia will notice over time

It certainly is the perfect time to come clean… unfortunately Evan is still a little embarrassed about his new job. Agree that keeping this a secret is not good for their relationship!
