I think you guys are right. Nissan is not innovating with the new leaf they do need to step it up. Its almost like the leaf is still a compliance car. It does have some benefits but even electric car enthusiasts want more range than they are offering. Do you think they are holding back and waiting to see what happens to Tesla before they invest massive amounts of money to start really competing? How about the Diet Leaf. Not half the calories but half the range. Its not just the range for me its about safety, style and function. They need a "Quantum leaf" to go main stream. :}
