Finally got back with my personal trainer. His dad DIDN'T die; thank God. First workout was yesterday and it was brutal. Don't know if I wanna step off from the Salt Cellar Plank Challenge. Still debating it. Been with my roommate for a while and still can't believe how multifaceted she is. Hydroponics here, music production there, hardware over yonder, masonry, beer, cooking, fuck she's awesome.

Agree on Instagram, the new update also disappoints aesthetically—the text over the photo means you can’t see it fully with the shading, and the bars above / below are very ugly. I loved the (non)advice video! Hope the new year of work goes well my man, excited to see the new videos as ever!
