I think that's exactly what Mattie is talking about, how Savanah is playing to the cameras. She is bored and got on a show. The only time she seem authentic was her speaking about the relationship with her ex daughter. I think that relationship broke her

The pigs head was cooked so she could bring it on the plane with no issue. It’s not liquid or hazmat. She would have to make sure it’s wrapped securely, for her own sake, but you’d be surprised what people bring on the flights.
