I think it was this episode but I’m bingeing. Just curious if walking tacos are a thing outside of MN. I’m from MN and visit family there every year but I’ve never seen walking tacos outside of Minnesota.

In MN a walking tacos is where you take an individual bag of Doritos and open one end. Then fill with “taco meat”, cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce. Then you eat it directly out of the bag with a fork. Tend to have these things at ball games, rodeos, etc.

I agree with Poodle - Madison does all of this on purpose. I hope I’m wrong, but it seems like she uses her trauma as a means to be a victim, but tells people that she’s overcome so much (even though there is still a lot of stuff to work out). I’ve lived with this type of person and they want everyone to recognize what they have overcome and will tell anyone about their trauma that doesn’t make them feel special right off the bat.

Came here to say that I think you’re spot on, Poodle. There’s something very eerie about Madison. I don’t necessarily think that she is malicious, but her trauma in combination with her high self-confidence is dangerous, and I think she will blow up any relationship she’s in. (And I can’t wait to watch!!!)

I read several accounts that Ben the closet racist/homophobe has been abusive to several women. One woman on IG has been very vocal but had to remove his name. If you search Reddit you can find the info. The casting department once again chooses a dangerous man, yike!

Madison needs to get off this show and into therapy. As someone with childhood trauma I think it’s great to talk about your experiences and struggles with your partner but what she’s doing feels manipulative and strange.

People with that much trauma often develop personality disorders. It feels like that is what is happening here—the manipulation, the attention seeking, trauma dumping, the changing personalities based on which guy she is talking to, the need to win, etc.
