I have a conspiracy theory: what if Lidia and eScott’s romance, which aired on the single life, was actually filmed for S5 of TFC? And then Chantel and Pedro got caught up in a long divorce and couldn’t film, so they scrapped the season and used Lidia’s footage for TSL. Not sure how the timelines line up, but it’s a thought!

I actually prefer flying into JFK than the other nyc airports because of the public transit options. Don’t take the subway, take the Long Island Railroad! You can get into the city pretty quickly without spending an arm and a leg on an uber. If I can do it traveling solo with luggage and a toddler, so can you. The Amex Centurion lounge in the Delta terminal is pretty nice too.

Poodle I don’t think the interaction with escott and Pedro at the gym is cultural. My son is 23 and if he met someone that had wronged me, he would definitely expect that man to come in very humble and apologize. My son does not play about me. He would be very hostile towards a man that I had shed tears behind. And I am white and my son is biracial (black/white) so I think this is more of a mother son thing than cultural.
