Are men really taught that women will cheat on them at any given chance? I dont remember much of the Chantel/Pedro stuff from their seasons, so as it's being retold I'm picturing it with sitcom faux pas like pausing for applause when entering the stage, all facing the camera while standing and talking around a living room couch, haws and guffaws from the audience, Husband Momma Bill Cosby's Arsenio Hall arm woops, and solemn stares off in the distance before going to break whenever something profound was said. And Momma Cosby has a Cosby sweater.. the real kind, not the sex act. Look it up, not on a work computer

Loved the chili chicken bit- just home from visiting Dad who claims I am such a great cook ( I enjoy cooking), but then rejects my suggestions ( after saying “I’ll eat anything “). In this case, the weight thing is completely an Eastern European thing. It's just the way it is over there people think nothing of telling their loved ones or anyone that they're fat. In those words. Plus they think all Americans are fat. You're not going to change the whole culture.

Never ever ever ever comment on bodies. EVER. Even complimenting weight loss is so fucking problematic. You know what I hear when someone compliments my weight loss? I hear “you look great now, but my feelings will be opposite if you gain weight.”

Hi! People commenting on weight loss can be really triggering. As someone in recovery, this rhetoric was one of the things that made my eating disorder spiral. Totally respect if you personally like that as a compliment! Just thought I’d share my two cents because it can harm someone’s relationship with their own body.
