To clarify I think what happened with Cruella/Haley is Poodle is correct she was driving with someone who was drunk driving in the same car because she said “it was a single vehicle accident”. So basically she was with a friend who was driving and crashed and then she got $80k from them

I don't know the story but something similar happened to me when I was younger. I was dumb to get in that car, knowing my friend had drank earlier in the day. I can't imagine suing them ! So I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and assuming she didn't know the driver had been drinking.
