When y’all talked abt Poodle’s inability to whisper I died .. I’m the same way. I’m from Ky originally and my uncle, (who was definitely the inspiration for lampoon vacation’s cousin Eddie) said to me years ago at our family Xmas dinner, “Jesus Christ Suzy! What the hell is wrong with you?? Did you learn to whisper in a goddam sawmill or what???! It became an instant classic that I added to my own repertoire. Feel free to use it yourselves to tell someone they are being too loud.. It’s a nice, southern way of saying, please… I can’t take your loud ass voice another fucking second.

Jess Durkee

People who share their locations with their partners for no reason at all what so ever other than being shady is wicked odd to me 🤐

Lol I also have the inability to whisper. 😂 my whisper is usually everyone else’s normal talking level.

Kelly Savoie Samora

Giovanni used to have longer, curly hair. I almost didn’t recognize him. His hair has always been that deep reddish color. Their kids are so cute!

I know! It’s so odd. I did this one time, but it was to send my husband the location of a birthday party our son and I were going to. It was out of town and we weren’t familiar with the area. I do not have the patience or the desire to track anyone’s location.

I did it when I went on dates when I was doing online dating to my bestie...or when I get an Uber but I can't imagine my partner being like wtf she doing ect

Red herring origin: comes from historic uses of the fish to make hounds lose their scent while hunting.

amy

‘blinded by the light’ was sung by manfred mann earth band:)

He’s always been a redhead with that deep beautiful red. I love it!!

kimberley

Tennessean here.... creek not crick here haha

Mary Scheske

Possum Hollar is definitely a town with one blinking set of traffic lights

Bab Veto

Brittany and Marcellino are DOA. He’s totally over it. Their segment makes me sad. They have 3 kids in a short time and now it’s going to end.

Mandy G

We definitely say creek in AL.

Jennifer Moseley

I swear my mother and Mother Poodle were separated at birth, except my mom is the Brooklyn version.

Kate Tee

Yall I joined patreon this month and what a dream to wake up this. Love yall SOSO MUCH

Kate Tee

Missed opportunity to have Kahlani finger you with her ready to go cheeto fingers

I also learned to whisper in a sawmill. It got me the only office in the whole company besides the execs lol. Cubicle land was like get her out of here!

Carissa

Eric is high af and probably on heroin. He went into the house with that huge man purse kit to get high. “Turning into a pumpkin” means he’s gonna be on the nod. Hopefully puppy can get help and away from his abusive ass.

Alison

My friend from South Dakota said “crick” and I laughed so hard the first time she said it. Never heard it before I met her. It’s always creek. I’m in ca

Martha Allen

Pittsburgh here: crick all the way.

Hayley Norton

Crick here in southwest missouri/nw Arkansas. My grandmother says it and she got it from her ancestors who traveled and lived in appalachia until they settled here. My theory is that it's an appalachian relic

Raven_Inkivarri

I grew up in NE Pennsylvania and most people said crick. My favorite was when my grandmother would say Dawson's Crick 😂

Marsha Hurley

Zanesville: Crick if it’s under three feet deep

kelly

Im begging yall to stop with the Lindsay is a star nonsense

Gina

I'm from PA outside of Philadelphia. We say crick.

Lois Molina

I’m in Kissimmee, FL near St. Cloud. It’s a nice town with its own little beach. Now I’ll be on the lookout for Brittney and Marcelino since I’m always over there. 👀

Bab Veto

I need a Salt Wives reunion Poodle!

Val McCue
>>104941680

Same! Now she’s taking her top off in every episode because that’s not scripted at all 🙄

Tara Jackson

Native Memphian here that also lived in Mississippi. Creek is CREEK here. Crick is more Utah, Great Plains

Arden

Eric’s got some opiates in his system. Hope Puppy and Heather carry Narcan.

Deja Bleu

Possum Holler had me hollering this A M LMAO 🤣😂

Deja Bleu

Marcelino is a weirdo and in my opinion they popped out the kids way too soon before having all this responsibility and did not get to know one another

Super Nova

Did yall see that Lamar of Andrea the Mormon and Lamar is locked up again? Sad

Em Barker

I’m from Nebraska and I’ve always heard and said creek

Stephanie Bloss

What makes Chances strippers and casino plot line even crazier for me is how far away they are from EITHER OF THOSE THINGS. At minimum he is driving an hour to Ameristar in St Charles, and listen….no one ever wins at Ameristar in St Charles. And strip clubs are another 30 minutes past that! So he is doing a 3 hour round trip three times a week, PLUS the time he is spending gambling/watching strippers. Him trying to argue 4 missing hours a week is absolute dog shit. He is literally working a 20 hour work week and driving down I-70 the rest of the damn time. Either it’s fraudacity or Tater is a total idiot.

My mom HATES Frank Sinatra too. I remember her going on a whole rant about it when I was a kid 😆

Caroline Dickie

Have you read Educated by Tara Westover? It came out within a year or two of Hillbilly Elegy and covered some similar areas, though Educated is set in Idaho and is about Westover’s life and Mormon survivalist family. It’s WAY better than HE in every way.

Chris M

My mom was from Tennessee and it was crick.

Tiffany Layer

Grew up in Swan Creek township in Michigan and most people call it “Swan Crick” LOL

AnitaBonghit 69

In a quantum state, Marcelino both regrets leaving Vegas and wishes he left earlier, but when observed we see him in Florida doing another fake storyline

Alicia Andrews

Favorite Marty quote ever: “Either move on or be old!” 😆

DJ Fajt

I’m from SW Pa and we say crick. It’s part of our “Pittsburghese”.

em shum

I'm from rural northwest Washington State and many people say "crick". Must be a country thing!
