I don’t practice criminal law but I don’t think that attorney knows what conspiracy means. It doesn’t automatically involve finances or fraud. It’s an agreement to commit a crime with all people in the conspiracy having specific attempt to commit the crime. There’s a financial component to selling drugs but conspiracy just means keith was working with other people and doesn’t automatically add a fraud component to the crimes he committed.
