Each country has their own processing time for US visas. It's dependent on each US embassy. It's also important to note that there is still a COVID backlog and immigration funding isn't that great. Typically the wealthier countries that have strong diplomatic relationship the quicker the process is.

From my understanding, the Philippines has a longer visa time. Period because they are “ blacklisted.” This is actually according to a friend of mine who works for the state department, and his job is to approve visas lol. Those who are coming on tourist visas from the Philippines have historically not return when their visa has come up. That’s why they’ve become blacklisted. I’m Filipino and I’ve personally seen firsthand experience how long the visa process can take. My aunt just arrived from the Philippines three years ago and it took approximately 20 years for her to be approved for a visa .
