Mattie, I think Russ and Pao are in the Tulsa area. But in the first season of HEA, they did live in Oklahoma City!

I agree Poodle. I don’t have kids and prefer not to attend kids bday parties. Most of my friends are understanding and I’ll go if it means a lot to them.

Amy Kalasunas

I would never EVER expect my childless friend to attend any event around my children. I barely want to be there myself !

Alicia De Toro

SB is the best! UCSB grad here. Enjoy Mattie. 🏖️☀️🌊

Tess

I agree with Poodle I feel like it is a curtsey to send childless adults invite to a kids birthday party. I don't think they expect them to show up.

Elizabeth Reichert

I will never go to a child’s birthday party, I even got out of my niece’s 1st b-day. It’s just a present grab

TT

You are not weird! I only go to children's bday parties if they are relatives. Or if they have hot DILF friends.

Dee Fitzda

Poodle, I understand your feelings about kids. I told my husband that I don't know if I love my 1 yr old niece yet and he was shocked. I barely know her and she has no personality!

Lily C

I recently went to my coworkers child’s birthday party(a couple of us went) and I saw it as just an opportunity for free food and hanging out with my coworkers 😭 now I’m questioning my choices

TT

You had me at Rustopher!

“Pirate’s Booty, spelled: B-O-O-T-Y.” “As opposed to B-O-O-T-I-E?”

Stephanie LeDoux

I have to agree with Poodle. I don’t have any kids and have no desire to go to a child’s birthday party. 😬

Katrina Coley

My husband and I feel the same way as poodle with kids birthday parties. 🤣

Mary Scheske

Poodle if your friend knows you well.. they licked that envelope closed thinking "he's not going to come" 🤣

DJ Nightshade

Nope, I wouldn’t go to a kid’s birthday. I’m already not a fan of most people so if there’s no alcohol, weed, nudity or swearing allowed then I’ll happily choose my couch & my Xbox instead. Celebrity kids maybe cuz then there’s a chance for good pics & overpriced freebies.

Colombians are very much Latinx. Russ’ mom is 100% accurate. Latino, Latina and Latinx are geographic terms, which refer to a person from Latin America or of Latin American descent. This includes Brazil and Haiti, but excludes Spain. “Hispanic” refers to any of the people in the Americas and Spain who speak Spanish or are descended from Spanish-speaking communities. Not Brazilians. I’d urge y’all to get this down packed because Latinx people are vocally super tired of having this be unclear for so many people especially those of us who live in places where there’s such a massive Latinx population; I’m not Latinx but I’m just saying they’re not having it anymore with folks who aren’t aware. Of course when you add in terms like Chicano, Afro-Latino it’s just better to ask because you need to understand the person’s individual identity to know which is a accurate.

You guys! I had to go back and find where you talked about the “if your son has talked about [mature actress] by age 14… he gay,” because it IS an interesting question: which actresses are that for the current generation? For millennials, it was definitely Meryl, but that’s become a cultural joke at this point and isn’t really applicable to current little boys. Tilde Swinton is absolutely one currently, but my favorite is if your 12 year old boy knows who SARAH PAULSON is, you’re in for a ride.
