I really blew it; I didn't consider the consequences. But bottom line - it's fine: No real harm done, and I learned a lesson.

You just gave me a topic for the next newsletter 😀 Bottom line: I don't have any special info regarding that, but ever since the first time Rob Maurer (Tesla Daily) mentioned the program and said it includes PHEVs, it was clear to me that it's not about EVs, it's about helping the OEMs and mainly UAW. I wanted to make a video on it but since I'm not an American, I don't think I'm fit to pass judgement on another country's government, so I didn't even tweet on it until lately when Biden really went all out on it. So bottom line - Tesla is a real problem for UAW, which even stopped GM from seriously going to EVs a few years ago. There are others too, one of which IMHO is gaining importance - but UAW+GM(+Ford?) are IMO the crux of it

Yeah I think that Tweet was one where you need to think it over for a couple of days before hitting send. 🙂 I'm guilty of it too. I think the Democrat's are currently digging their own grave. Let them keep digging.
