Recently someone suggested that I give my own take, on Joe Justice's "Agile at Tesla" videos. With extensive experience in Agile development, I loved the idea.

New Patreon member here. Had to join because your videos keep getting better. 👍 I could really relate to this one. I've worked for great managers over the years and bad managers. The bad ones look for what you are doing wrong, (in their view, and don't accept feedback/new ideas very well) and the good ones let you innovate. 41 minutes in says it all..

"People like you and I now have immediate access to more data than was ever available even for huge fees. We use this to manage our investments ourselves, in ways never seen before." - You got that right. You're part of my database. 🙂 Thanks.

Connecting The Dots

I do think we're living in a wonderful time where we have amazing access to data, which enables us to often beat large funds. We have the luxury of focusing our research on very few companies, while fund managers spread over several - and if passionate about these companies, we consume this data very frequently while organized investment houses only check them from time to time or when big news arrives. Possibly the best example is that very few "experts" expect Tesla to grow as fast in 2022 as I and possibly you and many others here expect it to. Thanks Tony for adding me to your resources. It means a lot.
