Btw the Season 4 Breaktimes will explain what is going on with Garf, Otto, Ana and Echidna's backstory, Felt's Escort Mission and so much more. If you feel like you are missing some context to some scenes or you want to learn more about side characters the Breaktimes is where the anime does their information dumps and slice of life scenes.

Yes alongside Subaru it seems you have forgotten that Subaru's Nickname for Ram is Nee Sama since she is Rem's Nee Sama and since Ram has no memories of Rem, she feels like its weird that Subaru calls her Nee Sama. As for what he did, he tripped on the stairs and lost his memories of the past year, so now he is back to zero and now the fans call him Daniel and I personally call him Newbaru! I look forward to your opinion on Newbaru during these next episodes and how he handles things for as long as Newbaru is around.

The entire flock seemed to be made up of every kind of small bird. I guess I can see why the anime changed it, but how unnecessary. In this scene, Echidna actually told Subaru that she'd love to dissect one of those birds to find out wtf was up with the little bastards. All they did was stare at the two of them. Subaru offered to kill one for her. During the year between seasons 2 and 3, Subaru had learned to do plenty of hunting for the mansion's pantry, so he was very used to killing animals now.

15:40 Yeah, with him being named after the Pleiades(Subaru in Japanese) star formation, during his NEET life, he got SO VERY into stars, space, and astrology. It was a pretty cool way of having so many parts of the plot and characters having something to do with stars or asterisms in the story, and giving the protag the only manner to understand such things. Sorry if I or someone already mentioned this.
