Hold on, “plasma nectar”? “Valerian nectar”? I haven’t seen those? How do I get those?

plasma nectar i think requires both the new horse ranch pack as well as the vampire GP

To make them by yourself i only see 10 on the new Nectar Maker but what about Plasma Nectar or Moonpetal Nectar? i think they are from Vampires and Werewolves pack but even having these packs you can't make bottles of them in the Nectar Maker right? are only these nectar to be drunk in the bar if you are a vampire or a werewolve?

There is something wrong with these glasses. When in use they go back and forth from empty to full. Empty being the default once they are placed in the world. Sim picks up empty glass, drinks, sets glass down and it is full. Sim picks up full glass, drinks from full glass, sets glass down and glass goes empty. This repeats.
