This is a scam, much like the voice cloning phone scams becoming more common. Instead of duplicating the voice, they duplicate the cells they have collected to make a sick brother clone that may be enough like your own sick brother to make you believe FALSELY that you need to transfer $10,000 in cryptocurrency to "save his health". Don't get scammed by scammers in Shanghai trying to utilize your brother's identity and chronic diseases for profit.
