Mr. Shudders (Patreon)

Hello, hello, friendly beasties and welcome new Patrons! 

How are you all doing? It is super hot and humid here in Shizuoka. It still supposed to be the rainy season for a few more days, but I officially see blue sky, so I think they might not have called it soon enough.

I wanted to share another one of the pieces of artwork with you. This one is of Mr. Shudders and the Moku Moku Ren (eyes in the shoji). Recording the last of the stories (Chapters 9-12) and will get that up here soon. 

I also wanted to give you all a heads up about the next two podcasts. I'm not sure the order but one will be reading Lafcadio Hearn's thoughts and essay on cicada. Believe me, they are out in full force already. The other I'm excited about. It's something new. I'm actually going to have a guest. Remember my Tech Guy who does those very last tweaks (I'm doing more and more of the edits), well, he's lived here as long as I have (almost 30 years!) and I've been getting more and more emails and social medias outreach from people who are planning to come to Japan and saying they listen to the show. One follower said he'd love advice on what to expect/do when he comes. *PING* That gave me an idea: Why don't I do a kind of interview show with him, each of us giving our top tips. 

So my plan is to try and record both of those as soon as possible, get one up before the end of the month and then the next early August. That's the plan!
