Here is a recording of a couple extra hitobashira stories that didn't fit on the podcast. They aren't all dark and gruesome. Maybe one, ... or two. But believe it or not, there are a couple hopeful ones in the bunch, even a (kinda) funny one.

The photo is of the last story I talk about on the recording. It won't make sense until you listen, but ...

It says A Million Hearts as One: Hyaku Man Isshin / 百万一心. Or it can be read Ichi nichi, ichi riki, isshin / 一日一力一心, one day, one power/effort/work, one heart. I thought it was oh so clever!

There will still be another Bedtime Story from one of those old books going up later this month, too.

I need to get some stuff written and recorded for the award thingy I mentioned in the last episode. When they do the ceremony they'll have a short video introducing each podcast for the audience, exactly like the Academy Awards *wipes tear*. I'm also finishing up a story for an anthology I want to submit to and am really going to record all my stories from The Carp-Faced Boy so I'll have a real audiobook. And don't get me started on all the side projects I'm wanting to dive into all at once. Excited about all of those, too!

Envelopes and postcards went out at the end of last month. The post office lady did say things were all backed up depending on the country because everyone is sending stuff now that they can. Also, packages to America doubled in price overnight. She seemed to blame the American side for that. I'm not sure how it all works. I just smiled. Because what else can I do? Lol
