Book Art: Kappa! (Patreon)

I am 18 hours from the deadline for the edits. Things are getting real🥺. It's the lasuto supaato / ラストスパート!! as they say. That last dash before you finish something. 

So I'm going to do a proper post as soon as I turn this in. But before that, I did want to post something that I've been meaning to share.

The image is from the kappa chapter of the book. Isn't it gorgeous 😍??!! The artist is Michelle Wang and I'm really digging her work. The neko mata and bake neko are so cute! The akaname creepy cool. The publishers are being very kind and sharing the sketches with me and letting me give input and direction, but in the end it's her brilliant vision and wicked skills. She's awesome. 

Okay, back to work. More later this week.
