⚠️ Download Access Notice

Some patrons have recently reported that Foundry VTT shows premium modules as "Not Owned" or refuses the download even though their membership and access permissions are active. This appears to be an account-linking issue between Foundry VTT and Patreon.

Open your profile on the Foundry VTT website, choose Edit Profile, unlink Patreon completely, and then link it again. Refreshing the existing connection may not be enough.

Restart Foundry VTT after reconnecting and try the installation again. If the download is still unavailable, please contact support.

It has been a while since I introduced a completely new module. I'm very happy to finally share Stylish Relationship Tracker with you.

The earliest version of this module was created as a commission from Gerbi before its public release. Thank you, Gerbi, for making that first version possible.

Stylish Relationship Tracker gives character relationships and organization reputations a dedicated interface in Foundry VTT. The initial release includes six visual themes, configurable records and Gifts, cinematic rank changes, a relationship map, and scene-side controls for token play.

🎨 Six Visual Themes

Choose Archive, Paper, Journal, Arcane Grimoire, Stellar Link, or Adventurer's Ledger. Each theme has its own relationship screen, roster, typography, motion, Gift interface, and cut-in presentation.

Portraits can appear as full-body cutouts or inside theme-specific frames. A separate list image can be assigned when the main portrait does not crop well at roster size.

Theme previews in the Manager show the relationship screen, rank cut-ins, and Gift reactions before they are presented to players.

πŸ‘₯ People and Organizations

People and Organizations use separate roster tabs, so character bonds and faction reputation can be managed without mixing them into one list.

Relationship types can cover allies, rivals, mentors, confidants, romantic interests, or campaign-specific roles. Organization entries can represent guilds, companies, cults, governments, and other factions.

The central value can be renamed per Actor. Bond, Trust, Affinity, Link, Oath, and custom terms all use the same rank and progress tools.

πŸ“– Ranks, Records, and Automation

Each entry can track ranks, progress steps, relationship labels, memories, dated events, images, notes, and custom stat cards.

GMs can configure visibility and player editing per relationship, keep private notes hidden, and save reusable presets for recurring campaign structures.

Hidden relationships can unlock automatically. A Foundry Macro can run when a specific relationship rank or organization reputation level is reached.

🎁 Gift System

Gifts use Items from an Actor's inventory, so the module does not require a separate Gift catalog or currency.

Favorite, Liked, Neutral, Disliked, and Rejected reactions can be configured alongside custom reaction types. Each reaction can set its own progress change, dialogue, image, and sound.

Gift matching can use item identity, name, type, or tag. GM settings control item consumption, information shown before giving, and whether Gifts remain available at maximum rank.

Every theme includes a matching Gift picker and completed-Gift cut-in.

🎬 Cinematic Relationship Changes

Rank Up, Rank Down, Maximum Rank, Unlock, Gift, and organization reputation changes can play cut-ins designed for the active theme.

Separate artwork and sound effects can be assigned to cut-in states. Image scale and X/Y position can be adjusted in the Manager preview.

Relationship progress, ranks, roster entries, and map nodes update for connected players without reopening the tracker.

🎯 Quick Panel and Relationship Map

For token-based play, select your Actor token, target another token, and open the Quick Relationship panel from the scene. The panel shows the relationship and provides progress and Gift controls without opening the full tracker.

Players can interact with eligible relationships without owning the target Actor. Authoritative changes remain under GM control.

The Relationship Map displays known connections as an interactive network with configurable depth, node limits, visibility, and thumbnails.

βš™οΈ Compatibility

Stylish Relationship Tracker is system agnostic, requires GlitchSmith Library v0.9.0 or newer, and supports Foundry VTT v13 and v14. English and Korean are included.

KΓ©lvyn Tunes

I want to change the theme for ''Open Relationship Archive'' and ''Map View'' bcs my table is a sci-fi... Stellar Link is so good bring it to those tabs pls!

The Glitch Smith

that's exactly the vibe I was hoping for! I'm so glad you're enjoying it.

I am unsure of where I can provide feedback to the Module, but my immediate thought is that it would be nice to have the ability to make a chart of the "EXP required" for levels, as in a system i want to run the requirement scales at 3 > 6 > 9 > and then locks at 10 for future ranks. You released this and i was excited as it is expressly useful for a Persona-based TTRPG i wish to run in the future. Oh, and.. switching the theme causes the custom sound effects you applied to go away. Is this intended?

The Glitch Smith

Thanks for the suggestion about Map View! I'll look into adding theme support to Map View in a future update as well.

The Glitch Smith

Configurable EXP requirements for each rank are a great idea. I'll look into adding that in a future update. Custom sound effects are saved separately for each theme, so switching to a different theme will change them. That part is intended. However, if you return to the same theme and the custom sounds you configured for it are gone, that would be a bug. If that's what happened, I'll look into it.

Rose Nova

This would make sense! I wasn't very thorough in checking *why* it was happening, so this may well have been my only issue. Regardless, i love the potential this module has already in this version!

aeioulavaca

Is it possible to change the maximum amount of bonds a character can have, or is it hard-stuck at 10? Do you think in a future update we could set the limit manually or remove it?

The Glitch Smith

It's actually already possible! You can change it by going to the Display settings and adjusting the 'Max Relationship Slots' option.

Pablo Costa

Hey man, I still can't install it, even after following your instructions to relink my account to Foundry. I can send screenshots showing I'm a Patreon subscriberβ€”can you help me out?
