Hey Peaches! It's the one you've been waiting for. Maul has entered the chat, and Vader is about to arrive. Jay has no idea what's about to happen.

Training wheels are off. Time for the really good Rebels show to start

I remember watching this the week after The Force Awakens and it made me even more disappointed in that movie (and that's my favorite of the sequels). Also, shout out to Kevin Kiner for his epic score that weaved in Vader's theme and even Duel of the Fates!

Jay’s “what the hell is happening” face always makes me happy. Not as happy as his laugh, but still.

When I watched this the first time, all I could think was, "THIS IS A KIDS SHOW?"

Bye Sarah Michelle Gellar, welcome back (last ep, I know) Sam Witwer… and James Earl Jones, and Matt Lanter… 🙂 I watched this very late, right before “Ahsoka,” and I remember still being very affected by Ahsoka’s temporary “death,” even though I had seen her obviously exist in Mandalorian. I’d watched Clone Wars and Bad Batch too. I took at as something will get figured out, or I assumed we probably saw it wrong, but still, shit got really real, and she was indeed gone…dramatically anyway. I was also quite worried about what Ezra might do thinking she’s dead dead.

“So…” “a needle pulling thread” actually made me cackle This episode will never fail to make me cry. Few fun highlights: - them using Duel of the Fates in the fight with Maul over Ezra goes SO hard - “then you will die braver than most” goes SO hard And of course - “I am no Jedi” goes SOOO hard

"We'll see." "We'll see." But Kanan won't. (Ba-dump-cha!)

Stephen Lawrence

Also, not sure if you guys looked this up after watching, but Kannan was actually supposed to die instead, but Disney vetoed that, so Filoni had him go blind instead
