100%, the Fog of Lost Souls is from Korra. That owl was also Wa Shi Tong. He's in ATLA Book 2, but I'm really hoping they're planting the seed for Wa Shi Tong's Library.

If I remember correctly we meet june whenever we meet the blue spirit - I think book 1? Because Katara and sokka get sick, so aang goes to that woman for the frozen frogs but he gets captured. When he’s released and the gaang feels better, June and her shirshu (sp?) follow the scent to the woman’s village and they Duke it out Gaang v. June Iroh and Zuko But my brain may also be combining things!
