I'm still putting all my chips on Onslaught. I don't know why... but I just think that's the direction we are going.

Jay pitching an X-men West Wing show and not pitching the name X-Wing pissed me off a little

Exodus is a fun one, he is an omega level mutant (meaning his power is unscalable) but honestly it's only via technicality. his power grows with others' faith in him. the more people believe in him or his cause the stronger his psionic abilities get, its limitless. this as you could guess made him very powerful on Krakoa

Apocagambit wouldn't have the same emotional hit as Horseman Gambit whenever he and Rogue see each other so I doubt they're going that route

I have not been enjoying this season very much. I would like so much more of the focus to be on apocalypse. The first two episodes did that, then be took a sharp left and completely abandoned that story line I feel. I hope the final 2 go back to what was set up in the beginning.

Jay hit the nail on the head in the opening. X-Men 97 is superb, but it gets annoying. I don't want to use the word 'filler', because that's not true, but three basically-standalone episodes in a row is pushing it.
