Antecrypt update and release on Steam! ⚡ (Patreon)

Hi punks!

As previously announced, Antecrypt was released onto Steam last week, with a new update adding an original soundtrack by Pentadrangle!

As some of you may remember, Pentadrangle only joined us during the development of our second game Metavaxx, and so he made the soundtracks for all our games since that one, leaving Antecrypt, our very first game, as the only Punkcake game missing out on his chiptune mastery... Well no more!

And to be honest, this update really goes to show how much better Pentadrangle's music makes the games, Antecrypt is now seriously more fun than it already was. The new OST is an absolute banger, it's super fitting and makes the game a lot more engaging!

Anyway, enough of me fangirl-ing over Penta's work! The update also fixes a few stray bugs we hadn't caught when the game first came out, and also changes some small things for accessibility. And all this is available now on both Steam and Itch io!

And if you play the game on Steam, there are even a few achievements to complete! Steam cloud is also supported, and we're told the game works great with Proton on Linux and on Steam Deck!

If you bought Antecrypt on Itch, you should be able to claim a Steam key on your Antecrypt download page.

And if you got Antecrypt as a Patreon subscriber, then you can get a Steam key by connecting on our website and going to "My Games"!
