Cavendish's words about realizing the game was fake as soon as the Birdcage went up is the reason why the ordinary Dressrosa citizens are going after the 12 people on Doflamingo's list; the citizens DON'T realize right now that it's fake and they also don't know how strong those are fighting back against Doflamingo and his crew actually are in comparison to them. To the ordinary citizens, they feel as if the best chance at surviving is capturing the 12. They're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

"When Kyojuro made the run for Doflamingo and cut him". Oda's best writing choice was DEFINITELY having Kyojuro get isekai'd to One Piece from Demon Slayer so he could attack Doflamingo 😏. Doflamingo is the "heavenly demon", Kyojuro is a demon slayer. Checks out.

It seems obvious that Doflamingo would not honor his promise, but most of the country seems to believe Doflamingo's lie that they can survive by capturing the bounties in his game (the assumption is that Doflamingo would disable the bird cage after he captures all of them). That's why they are all trying to capture the bounties. Cavendish saying Doflamingo plans to slaughter everyone even if they bring him the bounties is not agreed upon at all. It's pretty obvious to the viewer because we know the kind of man Doflamingo is, and Law straight up said he knows Doflamingo plans to kill everyone. You could argue the people are being really stupid though to believe him, and I agree. They probably think they have no chance of beating Doflamingo though, and that no one has a chance of beating him. Which somewhat explains their desperate behavior.

Just want to point out at 11:01 Luffy mistakenly calls Dagama "Daruma". This is pretty hilarious because Daruma is a type of round Doll, and Dagama has the same body proportions as a Daruma doll. Luffy roasting people while getting their names wrong as always.

I'm pretty sure Jack understands that. If you listen to what he says he never calls them "evil" or anything like that. I think Jack just thinks they are acting like idiots, and TBH I agree. I can't say it's not realistic though.
