i think big moms backstory is insane because it shows the issue of eating disorder and binging or the trauma causing it... and she's still dealing with it today. heavy topic oda did there

Big Mom's 68. She was 5 when she arrived at Elbaf, and it's been 63 years since then. It was stated in side material that she started having children at 18, and had at least 1 birth(most of them multiple, like twins or triplets. The most in one birth was 10 children at once) every year since then, until she turned 60. Obviously irrealistic, but it does mean that Big Mom has been pregnant for the vats majority of her life and her pirate career.

Katakuri's Fruit is called a Special Paramythia by Jinbei in the previous episode. It works really similar to a Logia, like letting him transform his body into mochi, but there seem to be differences although they're kind of unclear. We don't see him control mochi he didn't create himself, while a Logia definitely can do that, so that might be main difference.

Technically Reiju would be the 'perfect' soldier Judge wanted. She has the enhancements but still keeps her emotions. The only downside is that she can't go against Judge.

Yeah don't care for big mom she's just a monster with no outs, whys or reasoning don't blame her parents and considering the timeline barely anyone could raise her or have the time to control her.

Not really, it's easy to think that the lack of emotions is a downside, but Judge deliberately designed the brothers that way. He didn't want them to have emotions, if he did then he could have simply created them with the physical enhancements but their emotions intact, nothing was stopping him from doing that in the first place. He just specifically wanted them to be remorseless killing machines, it's easy to forget that while he is kind of a dumbass he is still a brilliant scientist.

The main reason is actually that there is a common misconception of what a logia actually is. The kanji for logia (自然ロ) basically have the meaning of "natural type", which is what a logia really is. A logia type devil fruit is a devil fruit that embodies something natural (light, ice, darkness, magma, snow etc). All of these devil fruits minus the darkness devil fruit DO give you intangibility, but intangibility isn't necesserilly something that is actually required of a logia

It's easy to think that though, since almost all of them have that ability. The real reason why katakuris devil fruit isn't a logia is because it simply doesn't fit the actual requirement to be one. Mochi is not natural, but rather a man-made substance. Thus the mochi-mochi devil fruit is a paramecia. In all honesty, I don't really know why it's called a special paramecia, maybe the intangibility does play some part in it, I certainly don't know everything about the devil fruit types. But that's basically the gist of it.

What did she do to cause her to destroy the giants why else would her parents abandon her and it was a full village with two previous top tiers and at the age of 5 they were unable to stop her that's all on her there's no mental trauma or disease, trait or reason for her irrational behavior and cravings even how she treated the kids and animals is a big flag she's an inherent monster for no reason and it's weird for oda to do that. That's why I don't like her.

No, it's all a lack of effort in raising her right. Nurture over nature. Her physical attributes are clearly monstrous and unnatural but that has nothing to do with her personality and lack of inhibitions. She was never disciplined and she's clearly unwell so I don't see how Oda's not allowed to write her with mental issues. Edit: I admit her strength correlates with nobody wanting to discipline her but I didn't see anyone try.

That's my point in this time nobody could or would help and no she isn't nurture or nature she's all greed and wants with no inhibitor to a dark and inhuman state there is no saving her if you know what happens you don't do something like that and be controllable or disciplined to be normal. And if it's by Oda's design she is the monster he's making her out to be even as a child so no sympathy from me she's one of his most dead end character from a backstory.
