So a bit of depressing information. The scene with the lady, the baby and grandmother in the house was heavily censored by the anime. In the manga it was way darker. They were so hungry, the lady was holding a knife to her baby about to unalive the baby while the grandmother was about to hang herself. The arrival of the treasure ship was what stopped them. It’s honestly one of the darkest scenes in One Piece and it was quite an indicator of how bad and desperate the situation in Wano is.

Love the Jack obliviousness to Oden's grave being surrounded by other graves. XD

Dark Kronis

law should have realized the luffy law which states no plan survives contact with luffy

I love the dynamic writing here. Some of Odas best, ngl. Ace came here, became friends with the people here and promised to return to make this a place where they could eat as much as they want. But with his death, this was passed on to luffy, who arrives and says the exact same thing. However this time, instead of being 'When i come back', it is 'before I leave this country'. Showing the will of ace through and through. I love the story of Wano, even looking back at it in retrospect like this.

I wanted to be less direct but yes😂😂😂

gabriel paraschiv

i love how jack didn't catch the fact that those at the end are the "tombstone" of kanjuro and the otherS XD

Uselesskazuma

ElCompaGhost

Luck64

Jack if you haven't seen it yet 907 is romance dawn, pretty cool to see how different one piece was at concept

Artemis

oh jack you totally missed the point of the final scene of the episode

DiamonDust

It is risky dropping the food off there but you have to remember these people are basically on death's door. I'm sure they would happily take the risk of retaliation over certain slow death, you know? Especially to feed their kids.
