Kaido previously confirmed that Kid possesses Conqueror's Haki when Luffy was defeated in Kuri. He mentioned that Luffy also has Conqueror's Haki, just like Kid. While it is indeed Conqueror's Haki, the scene itself is not canon and is not included in the manga. Also, Kidd already revealed that he lost his arms to the Red Hairs when he tried to take down Shanks. He told Caribou and Luf this in Udon.
