Banger episode! the moment of Luffy confirming he wanted Sanji, through the entire series, he has only ever wanted Sanji, and he knows that. And the promise, I love that one. The awakenings too. Amazing 2 piece. Only thing that could beat this would be getting 1061 and 1062 in one episode. but we won't get that unfortunately

Love Sanji and Zoro oath, such an epic moment. Their duo is my all time favorite! It was very funny when we watched Wano with my husband who is a Zoro fan and we both expected Wano to be Zoro's arc, but instead it only had some sneak peek into Zoro's origins while Sanji got all this emotional character development again. I really thought he'll become more mature, calm and collected after this arc, but then we got Stussy moment lmao. Guess some things will never change

Awakening fruits doesn't really have to do with strength, so there's really nothing to imply that either Big mom or Kaido are awakened. It more has to do with the users mind connecting with the abilities of the fruit. So I don't think its enough to just say that because of their monstrous strength Big Mom and Kaido must be awakened, but also just because it isn't confirmed doesn't neccesarilly mean they aren't awakened.

I love and hate that Sanji's eyebrows reverse. It's great storytelling but I'm constantly on the lookout now for if his brows switch 🤣

the jailer beasts in impel down were also awakened. awakened zoans get more strength, speed, durability and they have insane recovery. (the jailer beasts were beaten multiple times but got up again very soon). but they didnt affect the area around them like katakuri or donflamingo

Oh, the death pact... yeah.. Zoro and Sanji are one of my top duos and 1057 is one of my favorite episodes in the whole series. The way Sanji put his life and trust in Zoro's hands. He knows Zoro would do what he asked if he ever became a heartless soldier like his brothers, and to trust him that he will put him down if he ever endangers the crew. and Zoro knows how serious the situation is, agreed without question, but also wanted Sanji to pull through and simply not fight to death. What a moment. That's the wings of the pirate king!

OH also, Kikoku, Law's sword is a cursed sword like Zoro's Kitetsu III and Enma. But as far as I know, it is not a ranked sword.

Law's awakening is him being able to apply his room to other things. Just like Kid being able to apply his magnetic to other things. Just like Doflamingo and Katakuri. Zoan awakening is the hybrid form

No Zoan Awakening is separate from hybrid form, every Zoan ever has used a hybrid form.

Peak Sanji scenes, wow. The emotional OST was beautiful and timed perfectly. Even when he was at his lowest with his back to the wall he resisted the temptation to discard his humanity for power, even though nobody would have blamed him for it. That's who Sanji is. We also get to see the warmer side of the bond that Sanji and Zoro have this arc, especially this episode. It's peak Wano from now on.

We have seen awakened devil fruits: Doflamingo, Katakuri and the three Jailers from Impel Down (the beasts) and crocodile hinted at this back in Alabasta - he probably is in the process of it. Also Big Mom is strongly hinted at being awakened.
