He won't get more than 5 years...imo

Marc Woodburn

New here, it will be interesting to see what actually happens, that said history points to it will be well worth his scam for the actual amount of time he gets and the amount of money he gets to keep. He will walk free at some point and have ? millions from it, question is then is the ? Millions worth it for the Xx months in country club jail? My opinion is from 20 plus years LEO. The American justice system is broken, the saying of crime doesn’t pay, does not really work out that way. I’m guessing he will walk free again at some point and have millions for his crime in the end. The other question of justice is all the others who profited from this and the company itself only had to pay their fine and continue on. How much money did the others profit from it for not rocking the boat? I believe he still owns stock in the company, will be be made to forfeit it? I believe he knew what he was doing and was actually smart about planning the whole scam, and if he was smart which he is a smart criminal he would of hidden a few million in cash for later. White color crime and blue color crime is 2 different things now days. Truth is the truth in the bottom line and he will win in the end, unless someone gets ahold of him that he destroyed their life in one of his many scams. It’s interesting going down the rabbit hole of people and companies in play of all the history.
