Y'All Want a Single #65: "Texas Get Up" by Downsiid (Patreon)

Thanks to Gumby, we get to learn about a band that has two of our favourite things: hyperlocal references to the city/state they're from, and a wilfully and badly misspelled band name. It's a beautiful thing. We also learn far, far too much about the Zippo Hot Tour, a thing we had never heard about before but was apparently a big deal to small-town nu-metal bands in the early 10s. What a show!
