My default Sports / Action Settings is to set ISO Auto Min SS to 1/2000 second. As the light was not that bright, and the cropped sensor cameras are not as good as my full frame A9 camera at high ISO, I decided to choose a vantage point that would allow me to pan with a slow shutter speed. If you are trying this for the first time you probably don't want to go too slow - unless you like a lot of blurry shots. Remember to set the Drive mode to Hi and not Hi+ and if you are using a lens that does not have a SteadyShot Mode II option I would recommend switching off SteadyShot (OSS) altogether.
Captured with the A6600 and E 70-300 F4.5-6.3 G OSS @ 99mm. Aperture Priority (Auto Min SS 1/60 Second), Continuous Hi, Continuous AF, AF Tracking: Zone
1/60 Second at f/8, ISO 100
